1 28oz can crushed organic tomatoes, or 4-5 organic large tomatoes
1-2 handfuls of marcona/slivered almonds (or raw cashews)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cube vegan bouillon
salt, cayenne, pepper
top with crushed almonds or cashews
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until it forms a light pink cream. Heat and serve.
