In the food processor, add half cup of the strawberries, and 1 avocado, the oil, lemon, and spice, optional cashews, and blend. Depending on how you prefer, you can put it on the highest setting to make it a creamy blend, or keep it on low for chunky.
Using a spatula, pour the contents of the blend into a bowl. Separately, chop the avocado, basil, and strawberries up, and then toss them into the creamy blend, so that it's half chunky.
Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve.
