Have one of these every day. A salad of varying raw ingredients; greens, arugula, kale, mesclun, spinach, mustard greens, grated carrots and beets, celery, micro greens, cabbage, radish, parsley, sprouts, cucumbers, broccoli rabe, seeds, nuts, etc. It will be surprisingly fulfilling, and you can top it with quinoa, black beans, and other grains and legumes. All you need is a good dressing to really enjoy these. Eating raw has so many health benefits; enzymes, live nutrients that aren’t destroyed by heat, great for your immune system, alkalizing, warding off disease, energy, and intestinal health.
