Prepare the flax eggs
Blend all wet ingredients and then fold in the dry. Mix gently. Pour into a cake pan or an 8x8 pan.
Bake on 350F for 30-35 minutes, or until a knife can be inserted into the center and then removed cleanly, with no batter.
Prepare the caramel glaze while the cake is baking by blending all ingredients in a high powered blender until it's emulsified. Let cool before serving.
