Green Soup

This cold green soup is half raw and rich in alkalizing minerals. It’s great for cleansing and balancing and is surprisingly satiating.

Green Soup

Yields: 10-12 cups soup

  • 1/2 steamed green cabbage
  • 1/2 steamed cauliflower
  • 4 cups raw baby spinach
  • 2 cubes vegan bouillon
  • 1/8 cup coconut oil
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • water if needed and for desired consistency (add as blending)
  • handful of fresh chopped rosemary, marjoram, dill, tarragon, or thyme

Steam the cabbage and cauliflower.  Add it to the blender or food processor with the rest of the ingredients and if you need some liquid add a little bit of water at a time until you get there. Garnish with the herbs and freshly cracked pepper. Enjoy. Can be served hot or cold.
