Start soaking the flax eggs.
In a food processor, blend the walnuts, baking chocolate, and beets, until they are close to a puree.
In a large mixing bowl, blend all the dry ingredients, and then fold in the wet, including the beet-walnut mixture. Add the flax eggs, and the baking soda and powder last.
Pour into an 8x8 oiled pan and bake on 350F for 20-25 minutes.
